Position Overview
The B2B Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving AuraChat.Ai's brand awareness and lead generation. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this position focuses on digital campaigns, multimedia content development, and scaling our footprint in the United States, Latin America, and beyond.
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced AI startup poised to disrupt the entertainment and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and execute innovative B2B marketing campaigns tailored to key enterprise clients.
-Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
-Create, curate, and manage marketing content, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and infographics.
-Optimize digital ad performance across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels.
-Develop sales collateral to support business development efforts and enhance client presentations.
-Use AI tools and analytics to enhance targeting, personalization, and content creation workflows.
-Measure and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies.
-Keep abreast of trends in AI marketing and digital innovation.
Required Qualifications
-3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
-Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Canva, and HubSpot (or similar).
-Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms and social media marketing.
-Basic understanding of AI technologies and their market applications.
-Exceptional communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of CRM integrations, marketing automation, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
-Experience managing cross-cultural campaigns in Latin America and the U.S.
-Familiarity with graphic design tools or basic video editing software.
